Many times buyer comes to me with a house they want to see TODAY!
I wish it was that easy...
My job as a realtor is to help you understand the steps of homebuying.
Let's sit and chat about what you would like in a home and the ideal features you're looking for.
1. Reach out to a Realtor®.
Before I start showing you homes, you'll need to be pre-approved. Need a lender? I have a few I can refer to you. Be ready to provide your lender your pay-stubs, taxes, W2's, bank statements. It's going to get personal.
2. Get Pre-approved
This is a NEW step to home buying. You will need to sign a disclosure form before you tour any home. This is required by all real estate agents so don't be alarmed.
It will be a BRBC or PSRA. Reach out and ask me what the difference is.
3. Signing a Buyer & Broker Disclosure
The FUN part of buying a house. I will schedule home tours and help you find your home.
4. Search and look at homes
Forget lowball offers and hoping for magic! In today's market, strong first impressions are key. That's where I come in. Writing a strong offer shows you have a serious interest. I'll handle all the paperwork, making the process smooth and stress-free.
5. Make an offer
After inspections, repairs and contingencies are satified, we head to closing.
Transfer of funds, and change of ownership is recorded.
Once I receive a call from the title company confirming transfer of ownership YOU are officially a HOMEOWNER!
6. Closing
