I'm a mom of three, married to my high school sweetheart, and I've had my fair share of real estate lessons learned the hard way! Before becoming a Realtor®, I bought and sold three homes myself, and trust me, I learned some valuable lessons that I can't wait to share with you—hopefully sparing you a few of the pitfalls I encountered along the way.
Wondering what mistakes I made? Let’s just say, I could write a book! We tried selling by owner (yikes!), I changed jobs right in the middle of escrow, and once, we even bought a home without an agent. Each one of these experiences showed me just how much there is to know in real estate and inspired me to become a better agent and advocate for my community. Now, I use these lessons to guide you through a smoother, more informed journey so you can move forward with confidence.
